The Traveling Trailer Yoga Series

This is a three week course is designed to get you back in tune with your body, mind and heart. We will focus on alignment, heart and hip opening and breathing exercises. You will come away feeling more prepared for your regular yoga classes, more confident in your home yoga practice and all around happier because you’ll get to connect with other awesome beings.

Every workshop is one 4-hour day/week and each day ends with 75min Vinyasa or Hatha flow and 15min savasana/meditation. Each course comes with sequence to practice at home.

Week One: BACK TO BASICS

  • Intro to or refresher of basic yoga
  • Focus on body alignment
  • Learn most basic/common poses
  • Intro to basic breathing exercises

Week Two: BALANCE, TWIST, BREATHE

  • Balance and twisting pose breakdown
  • Focus on breath with movement
  • Foundation/balance
  • Some core work

Weeks Three: OPEN MIND, OPEN HEART

  • Hip opening and backbend breakdown
  • Focus on heart opening, self care
  • Creative integration of previously practiced poses
